1. Introduction

1.1. This Agreement governs the participation and utilization of the Affiliate Program offered by betfrom.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2. Engaging in the Affiliate Program indicates your complete understanding and acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.

2. Affiliate Registration & Approval

2.1. To become an affiliate, complete the Affiliate Registration Form provided on our platform.

2.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject affiliate applications based on various criteria, including but not limited to promotional methods and website content.

2.3. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and tracking tools to monitor referrals and commissions.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Maintain truthful, accurate promotions and refrain from making unverified claims about betfrom.com.

3.2. Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3.3. Misuse of promotional materials, spam, or unrequested marketing is prohibited and may lead to termination.

4. Commissions & Payments

4.1. Affiliate earnings are based on the commission structure available on our platform. We retain the right to modify this structure with prior notice.

4.2. Commissions are processed monthly, with a predetermined minimum payout threshold. Unmet thresholds roll over to the next month.

4.3. Any fraudulent activity traced back to an affiliate’s referral can result in a reversal of commission and potential termination.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Affiliates receive limited access to betfrom.com’s branded material strictly for promotional use.

5.2. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of our branding may result in partnership termination.

6. Liabilities & Indemnification

6.1. Affiliates operate independently. betfrom.com is not responsible for any content, claims, or promises made by affiliates.

6.2. Affiliates will indemnify betfrom.com against legal actions or claims originating from their promotional content or methods.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party can end this agreement with a 30-day written notice, unless violations are detected, leading to immediate termination.

7.2. Post-termination, the affiliate must cease using all betfrom.com intellectual property and promotional materials.

8. Data & Privacy

8.1. Referral player data is betfrom.com’s proprietary information.

8.2. Affiliates must adhere to GDPR and other regional data protection regulations. Misuse of data will result in severe penalties and immediate termination.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. We may periodically revise these terms. A 30-day notice will be provided for significant changes. Continued association implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement is in alignment with Curaçao’s legal jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved under the purview of Curaçao’s laws.

11. Non-Compete

11.1. Affiliates are prohibited from directly competing with betfrom.com or diverting traffic to competing platforms using underhanded tactics.

12. Confidentiality

12.1. Affiliates must maintain strict confidentiality on all non-public information obtained during their partnership with betfrom.com.
